Hayward University is where you’ll find our library of Hayward Pool Product’s product certification courses, online training, troubleshooting guides, and instructional videos, all developed for pool installation and service professionals.

Online Learning

Each training course consists of a series of modules. Quizzes are integrated into select modules and a final certification test is offered at the end of most courses. After successfully completing a course and passing the final test, professionals are awarded personalized APSP certificates documenting their achievement.

Troubleshooting Guides

Hayward’s troubleshooting guides are viewable from your computer, tablet, or if you prefer, they can be downloaded and printed so you can bring a hard copy to your next service appointment.hh
